Hi All,
All meet at the White Lion in Alvanley (https://whitelionalvanley.co.uk/) for a 60 min run around my home turf - the beautiful Helsby hill area. We'll do around 6 miles taking in the view from Helsby hill before returning to the pub for well earned refreshments.
If the weathers nice they have plenty of space in the garden (if not we can go in the bar)
