Hills is the name of the game and everyone’s welcome🤗

We’ll have a gentle jog out to bag a few hills up and down the Frodsham woods. 
Everyone can go at their own pace on the hills with the goat like people doubling back so there’s no slacking!

If there’s a few of us I’ll bring the drinks crate 🫖☕️👍🏻 Feel free to bring biscuits and cake because, believe me, you’ll have earned it😉🤣💪🏻
We’ll meet at Forest Hills car park.
