Our official runs are held every Tuesday and Sunday. We are working on Thursdays too. Check out sessions for full description of events.

We generally we run between 5 and 15 miles. We have various sessions and groups to cater for a variety of speeds and distances.

Only you can say. We run hard, we run social depending on the scenario. Pick a group that's right for your own ability and fitness level. It's trail running so don't expect a walk in the park and definitely not jogging on r**ds.

We charge a nominal membership fee to cover our costs and put a little aside for the club's future aspirations. See join-us for current membership fees.

You can try us out for free and if you if it works for you, pay your membership fee. However, being a Spartan is not just about paying a fee - get involved, make friends. You will know when you are truly Spartan.

Anyone who runs with us should complete the SpartApp form. It's for the safety of yourself and others. Failure to do so will result in you being turned away.
